Adorable salesman sample hutch with lowered dry sink area.  High quality with great detail.  The doors in front open for storage inside.  There are 2 wood locking mechanisms that hold the doors closed.  The hardware looks to be brass.  The piece is all wood construction.
It stands 12 1/8" tall to the tallest point and measures 12" wide X 6 1/8" deep at the bottom portion and 13" wide X 7 1/8" deep at the upper section.
It has minimal expected wear but nothing that is really noticeable or detracting.
It really is stunning piece in person - the photos just don't do it justice.
Unknown maker and unknown age but it is not a new piece.
This is a wonderful piece for your little one's doll furniture set up.
