Compressor two year warranty information
Our re-manufactured compressor is guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of shipping of invoice, whichever comes first, to operate under normal load, usage, electric supply, and competent supervision.  Installations must be completed under rigid standards of purging the system of all acids, impurities and foreign matter, as acceptable to the manufactures's standards and procedures.  All Start-up sheets and information should faxed or mailed to American Compressor Engineering to validate warranty.  All frighting on warranty compressor are FOB from Knoxville, TN Any defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, FOB our plant in Knoxville, TN.  We are not responsible for consequential losses or damages outside or inside the equipment, nor for repairs of replacements made by others without our written authorization.  Correction of defects by repairing of replacement shall constitute fulfillment of our obligation to the customer.
ATTN: Customer warranty is invalid if start-up sheets are not received within 30 days of shipment of compressor !
