The RMC-185 KMU Controller from Datavideo is a physical controller designed specifically for control of the KMU series 4K multi-camera processor. The RMC-185 interfaces with the KMU-100 via an RS-422 interface. This dedicated controller allows operators to make smooth zoom and pan/tilt motions by using the joystick. The four presets hold scale, position, motion path, and speed of all four individual 3 Gb/s outputs per channel. The buttons allow start/stop/reset of motion in a predefined speed for every individual output.

In the event that a buyer chooses to return an item within 14 days, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping fees back to our facility where the returned package will be inspected by our staff; this includes international buyers. If the item is deemed resalable as the condition in which it was sold, a refund will be given minus the original cost of shipping to the customer. In the case that the item cannot be resold in its original condition, a restocking fee and the original cost of shipping to the customer will be subtracted from the refund amount. This restocking fee starts at 20%, and may be higher depending on the condition of the item upon return (i.e. broken seals, ripped packaging, damaged product, missing accessories, etc.). In an event the unit needs to be serviced under the manufacturer warranty, the buyer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer and paying for any shipping fees associated with service or repair.
