  • Condition: The brushes, vacuum, squeegee, and water flow are all in working condition. The water flow level adjustment also works correctly. We then ran a spot cleaning and area cleaning which also worked properly. During the spot and area cleaning we had to use the emergency stop button a few times to prevent the machine from running into things. Following that we used the map maker to create a map of a part of out warehouse and then ran the map the and robot cleaned the area automatically as it should. The battery charger is included. The batteries do not last very long and will probably need to be replaced. We do not have the pager or any filters for the scrubber. The previous owners maps and users are still on the machine as we were not able to remove them. A few times during testing the machine would display an error stating that the software detected a system fault and to restart the machine.

    Cosmetic Condition
    The robot is in fairly good cosmetic condition overall.
    It shows signs of normal cosmetic wear from general use. There are quite a few scuffs and scratches, some more severe than others,
    but nothing that in itself should affect function.
    The battery charger is included.
    We do not have the pager or any filters for the scrubber.
    The robot does not have batteries installed. The OEM batteries are Deka 8GGC2M 180AH 6V. Installation requires four of them configured for 24VDC.
    The previous owners maps and users are still on the machine as we were not able to remove them.

    Testing
    Without batteries, we tested the robot by connecting it to an external 24V power supply. It powers on and performs startup. We then powered the robot on and logged in with the technician password "123580". We were presented with the main menu and navigated to the diagnostics section.
    After filling the tank with water we ran the sonar, gyro, touch shield, infrared, and water flow, and floor sensor diagnostics without any obvious issues present. Drive motor diagnostics indicates that the motors are functional.
    This is the full extent of the testing performed. Lacking batteries to install, our test power supply was only able to power on the machine for diagnostics. It is unable to supply enough current to operate the robot's drive system. We are selling the robot as-is, and can only guarantee that the condition is exactly as described.
