    Most IP cameras will have Infra-Red LEDs - however these will usually be of the 850nm wavelength. This wavelength is just on the edge of visibility and can be seen as a faint red glow. If you want your camera to be covert then you will need to replace this LED board with one which emits IR light using the wavelength 940nm and this is completely invisible
