To the best of my knowledge,
this item was never used.
However the faucet, which is the
operating switch, is broken off.
It may be possible to glue it, but
I don’t know if the washer would work.
It’s more than 40 years old, so it’s unlikely.
Regardless, this is a RARE collectible.
Due to age and storage,
it needs a cleaning.
