The unit was purchased new by a local organization but was only used for 299 hours (equal to 37.5 eight hour work days). They kept having problems with the unit even after buying 4 new batteries; they decided to buy another unit and store this one in their warehouse as a back-up. A little over a year later they were doing a full inventory of their warehouse and it was then they decided to sell their unit and we purchased it. Our tech went over the entire unit and discovered
that it was actually the battery charger causing the problem because a bad diode. It was a very simple and easy fix and now the unit runs like new since it basically is and also has 4 like-new batteries in it.
