I don’t have any information on this, but my research tells me that this is a Vilter A35215A Suction Screen. The dimensions are 4” X 9” not including the handle, which is 6” long. New Surplus without factory packaging. Has a small amount of surface rust on the upper ring. What you see in the photos is what you will receive.
