UNIT WAS PULLED FROM Government facility this is a Nice condition unit That arrived with Dead batteries. Units is one of the cleanest I Scrubs I have seen. I did hook up 12v to See the Digital. NOT SURE OF HRS Please see all photos to see the minimal wear.  So Please see Picture 11 -for the digital what it  Shows,  However without 36v I am Unable to fully test. Scrubber has Pads Intact and Tanks are good used clean as well. THIS ITEM IS REPRESENTED AS USED UNTESTED With the details presented above. SOLD AS IS NO RETURNS. NO CHARGER NO BATTERIES.
